Term & Conditions
Eligibility
– The Lucky Draw is open to all visitors of the Singapore Cat Carnival.
– To participate, customers must spend a minimum of *$50* at any vendor booth during the event.
– Receipts can be combined or submitted per vendor, and the total must meet the $50 minimum spend requirement.
How to Enter
– Participants must drop their receipts into the designated *Lucky Draw boxes* at the event.
– Receipts submitted on the day of purchase below $50 can be combined with purchases made on the following day.
– Receipts from Day 1 can be entered into the Day 2 draw, but once submitted, they will only be eligible for that day’s draw.
– Each receipt can only be used once for entry into the Lucky Draw.
Lucky Draw Sessions
– Lucky Draw sessions will be held on *22nd & 23rd February 2025* at *1:30 PM* and *7:00 PM* each day.
– There will be *10 winners* per session: *5 winners for Cash Rebates* and *5 winners for Grand Prizes*.
Prize Distribution
– The *5 Cash Rebates* winners will receive their cash rebate on the spot, provided they are present during the draw. If a winner is not present, a *product hamper* will be awarded instead, which must be collected from the event organiser’s office.
– The *5 Grand Prize winners* will be awarded prizes such as staycations, F&B vouchers, hampers starting from *$150*, and more. Grand prize winners must be present at the event or will be contacted via phone or email for prize collection details.
Drawing Process
– At *1:30 PM* and *7:00 PM sharp*, the lucky draw will begin at the Clubpets booth.
– The organiser will shuffle the receipts and draw a total of *10 winners* per session, ensuring a fair chance for all.
Prize Redemption
– Prizes must be redeemed in person during the lucky draw session unless specified otherwise.
– If winners are not present during the draw, they will be contacted through the provided contact details and must collect their prizes within *7 days* of being notified. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after this period.
General Terms
– The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the entry requirements, is incomplete, or is submitted fraudulently.
– Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
– The organiser’s decisions are final and binding.
Liability
– The organiser is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur as a result of participation in the Lucky Draw or the use of prizes.

Prize Distribution
Cash Rebate Draw (Ongoing Throughout the Event)
* Participants who present their eligible receipts at the Clubpets booth will have a chance to win instant cash rebates.
* Participants are required to draw a slip from the Cash Rebate Box. If the slip indicates, “Congratulations, you are the Cash Rebate Winner,” they will be awarded a cashback equivalent to the amount stated on the submitted receipt.
* Each participant is eligible for one cash rebate chance per $50 receipt submission (one receipt equals one chance).
* If you do not win the cash rebate, you will automatically be entered into the Lucky Draw session happening at 1:30 PM and 7:00 PM, where you will have another chance to win Lucky Draw prizes.
* Cash rebates are only applicable to purchase receipts from vendors within the event, including the Clubpets merchandise booth. Receipts from purchases made outside the event are not eligible.
* The cash rebate amount is determined by the total payment made during the event.
Lucky Draw Sessions (1:30 PM & 7:00 PM Daily)
– All Lucky Draws sessions will be held by Clubpets’ booth.
* The Lucky Draw sessions will take place at 1:30 PM and 7:00 PM on 22nd and 23rd February 2025.
* Only Lucky Draw prizes will be awarded during these sessions—cash rebates are not included in these draws.
Lucky Draw Winners (10 per session):
* Winners will receive exclusive prizes such as staycations, F&B vouchers, and hampers starting from $200.
* Winners are not required to be present at the event to claim their prize. If a winner is not present, Clubpets will contact them via phone or email for collection details after the event.
* The winners’ names will be announced by the emcee. If the winners are present during the lucky draw session, they can claim their prize in person immediately upon announcement.
* Lucky Draw Sessions are only open to participants who did not win the Cash Rebate Draw.
* If a lucky draw prize winner is absent, they will be notified and must collect their prize from the event organiser’s office within 7 days of notification.
